Esta es una actividad gratuita para que aprendamos a progresar con bastones de trekking/senderismo por diferentes terrenos. Aprenderemos que consta un bastón para caminar por montaña, sus principales materiales, formas, tamaños, usos, etc.… para después ponerlo en práctica con una pequeña marcha y una progresión por diferentes terrenos de una forma didáctica y sencilla

  • Hat or cap, sunglasses and sunscreen.
  • Minimum water 1.5 liters per person.
  • Food and something to snack on.
